One on One Coaching Sessions

My one-on-one sessions are tailored specifically to the individual player. Before working together, we identify your goals, current weaknesses, and what you want to achieve, then design drills and exercises that target those areas. Sessions can focus on:

- Shooting technique and movements

- Passing strength and ball skills

- Footwork, agility, fitness, and speed

- Mental skills and game awareness

- Hitting the circle edge & pre-movement

Small Group Coaching Sessions

Small group sessions allow players to train together in a focused, supportive environment while still receiving individual attention. Sessions are designed to improve both teamwork and individual skills, with drills and games that can cover:

 

- Shooting accuracy, movement, and circle play

- Passing and handling under pressure

- Agility, footwork, and speed development

- Mental strategies, decision-making, and court awareness
